Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the USA. For our international customers, we offer a flat-rate Worldwide Delivery for $25.00 on all orders outside of the United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim for speed! Many of our packages ship out the same day the order is placed. However, please allow 24–72 business hours for us to process your order (Monday through Friday) before it departs our facility.
- Weekend Orders: All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
- Tracking: Every package includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as the label is created.

Do you offer International Shipping?
We certainly do! We want to bring Zylorya to the world. We ship to most countries globally for a flat fee of $25.00. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
